       My calculator tells me that xF8FF - xE000 + 1 = x1900 = decimal
       6400.

       By mistake. By taking (0xF8FF - 0xE000 + 1) and incorrectly
       shifting left twice.

       I should have said 6,144 code points, which of course would
       fill up even faster than 24,576 under the free-for-all PUA
       proposal.
