You can look at http://www.trigeminal.com/ which has a few pages in Arabic,
Farsi, Hebrew, and English. Arabic pages are at:

At a minimum, the language list comes from a database; other pages have
other data. The database is either SQL Server 2000 or Jet 4.0, depending on
what kind of mood I am in. :-)
