There is no way to arbitarily add code points to a Windows code page,
though. Either you have the patch or the newest file, or you do not. If you
do not, there is nothing else you can do to get support.

eurosign in it, how I can put it on my code page.

regional settings from Windows also not with alt+e or alt+5 or alt gr+e
or 5.
