Compelling Unicode Demo, Now with Plane 1 Supplementary characters!

I have updated the demo page. Besides adding Archimedes name, as written
in 3BC Syracuse, you can now brush up on your Etruscan!

This is the first entry using supplementary characters from plane 1.
It took a bit of research and although supplementary characters are not
yet officially supported by any browser products (as far as I know),
directions for seeing the text with Microsoft's IE are provided.

Several people worked hard over the weekend to help me with this. Thanks
go to James Kass, Marco Cimarosti, Michka Kaplan, Andrew "Bass"
Shcheglov and Tom Gewecke!
