Ok, I found a few : vacuüm, reünie, glühwein, bühne, geünieerd, ,etc.
(all in van Dale).

All of them are with sound /y/, the ¨ has the same function as the
French tréma or the English diaeresis, in Dutch the character is
actually called trema or deelteken (separation sign). And when the word
is from German origin (glühwein, bühne), the umlaut does not change
anything since "ü" German = /y/ = "u" in Dutch.

I must say that I have already seen horrors such as "geüpdated" (the "u"
is presumably approximated), again English messing with languages
spelling and pronounciation...
