These look just fine in Netscape 6.2 (on Windows 2000). The diaresis below/underbar are properly underneath the l and i & o (according to Mark's description).

Herman Ranes' example of hlɔ̃nuwɔwɔ shows in Netscape 6.2 the accent as a spacing letter between the 3rd & 4th base letter.
