On the Unicode Web site, cross-mapping tables between Unicode and other
coded character sets (including the ISO 8859 series and vendor codes)
are provided in a table format called "Format A."

1. Is there a formal, or even semi-formal, specification of "Format A"
that is publicly available?

2. Is there a "Format B"?
