That reminds me of my father's old typwriter, wich lacked a "!" on the
keyboard -- a major mystery for a six year old wannabe typographer. He
enventually disclosed that it should be composed as period + backspace +
apostrophe (or inversely).
Of course making your exclomma with that method would be trivial. :-)

Nope. (But there are a bunch of odd ball cousins, mostely from the Zapf
Dingbats block, but not all. I mean, is there any serious typographical
use for an interrobang?...)

You can "compose" the *glyph" in a number of ways (U+007C U+0326 is one)
but it would always be a kludge.
