how to download code pages in win2k/ nt

    i want to set console code page(OEM) unicode (1201), so that i can accept
    german characters
    i have installed german fonts
    i set locale to german (in vc++ win2k), but console still remains latin -1
    {locale is installed(supported in win 2k) but not code pages }
