    also point you to the new policy page:

    Participation in any of the Unicode Consortium's public-access
    mail lists requires adherence to the rules and etiquette set
    forth on that policy page. If you have questions or concerns,
    please direct them to Sarasvati (root@unicode.org), and
    not to this list.
