    No idea about the doc deadline date, but assuming its four days between the
    deadline and the meeting sounds suspicious.

    There is no rule about what day will be the "new scripts" day, but it has
    NEVER been on the last day (nor could it, from a logistical standpoint --
    since the full UTC has to approve all of the decisions of the scripts
    subcommittee, as does L2 in many cases).
