Is the data on
http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/VENDORS/MICSFT/WINDOWS/CP932.TXT -
giving the Unicode map for code page 932 (SJIS) still accurate? This chart
from1998 differs slightly from the ICU converter for windows-932 as shown on
http://www-950.ibm.com/software/globalization/icu/demo/converters?conv=ibm-943_P15A-2003&s=WINDOWSe page
and seen by using the API. In the file on the Unicode site all values
under 7F map to the same value in Unicode. In ICU we have
1A to 1C
1C to 7F
7F to 1A
