    Except that it isn't. I think this is a bad idea because for a
    minuscule 'gain' (you save one code point by encoding the so called
    'alveolar modification marker' that is never used anywhere else) you
    are going to tax every use of TCA and TJA in terms of storage and
    bandwidth.
