Graphic characters: 51980

Graphic + format characters: 52015

Graphic + format + control + private use: 58480

Designated code points: 60562

The editorial committee intends to post up the accumulated
historical statistics on a history page one of these days, but has been
swamped with other Unicode 5.0 work recently.
