    Well, approximately so, yes. Proposals to change the DUCET have
    to be presented to the UTC for discussion and decision, so that
    the UCA can be updated. Coordinated changes also have to be
    proposed to the Sort-OWG under SC2 to modify the CTT of ISO/IEC 14651,
    because the tables for the two standards are maintained in
    synchrony, to eliminate random divergence between the two.

    The UTC has approved some general principles about maintenance of
    the DUCET table. These are going through editorial revision at the
    moment, and will be posted fairly soon on the Unicode website
    to augment the information in the UCA standard itself.
