I guess you just mix and match language and script tags as appropriate:
za-Hans (Zhuang written in simplified Han characters)
ar-Hant (Arabic written in traditional Han characters)
zh-Phag (Chinese written in Phags-pa)
zh-Arab (Chinese written in Arabic)
etc.
