Version 1.4.1 of the Common Locale Data Repository (CLDR) is an update
release that was made available on 2006-11-03 as a CVS-tag release. The
CLDR committee has decided to make it a regular release with zipped data
and a release page, available on 2007-01-03. The changes in Version 1.4.1
include:
updates for new region codes (RS and ME for Serbia and Montenegro),
added new Time Zone IDs
added new language tags
added the list of private use language & script codes that won't
be used by CLDR
