Graphics for unicode scripts

            Is it possible to obtain the electronic form of the graphics
    (e.g., language characters) for Unicode scripts?

            I can download the script charts in PDF format, but I cannot cut
    the graphics from those charts and paste them elsewhere or create an
    image file, due to restrictions on those files.
