Of course, since each of the core fonts as well as Segoe UI support all Latin/Greek/Cyrillic characters in Unicode 5, the likelihood of the need for fallback for these scripts in UI text is not that great.

Segoe UI is a default UI font, but fallback font for
Latin/Greek/Cyrillic
characters is still Microsoft Sans Serif.
