    I think it's an IE-on-Windows issue. I can confirm that IE7 doesn't
    automatically detect and use the Tagbanwa font when it sees Tagbanwa
    characters, and that the Fonts dialog doesn't have a "Language script"
    entry for Tagbanwa which would allow me to override the default.
