UAX #14 formatexpr support for vim

For some of you that use vim for editing I came across Nakadaira-san's script
at http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=1939

This script is a plugin for the formatexpr() feature of vim and supports
UAX#14 line breaking properties.
