The question of whether it is alright to omit the RTL scripts is
not a technical question but a question about your market. Will the
users of this device want to be able to see messages in Hebrew, Arabic,
Persian, Urdu, etc.? If the device is a pocket Qur'an, you need RTL
capability. If it is a controller for a pork rind fryer,
you can do without.
