By using apostrophes. Cymraeg uses ' in the language and not as some poor
man's accent substitution:

pori'r, o'r, enw'r, defnyddio'r are but four words/constructs I use in my
Cymraeg translations.

So your assumption is unfortunately quite mistaken, the ASCII apostrophe is
in active use in the language.
