    I've sent the message below to Michael Everson, John Cowan, and the
    Unicode mailing list in October 2007. I got no reply from Michael, and
    the old John's address bounced. Since I see some CSUR activity in
    2008, I hereby send the submission again, hoping that I will be
    noticed.

    I would be glad if CSUR registered my script Sylabica. It's described
    at <http://qrnik.knm.org.pl/~qrczak/sylabica/>.

    While it doesn't really have users besides me, I think it's
    interesting from a linguistic point of view (Polish-specific), and it
    looks nice.

    It has an Omniglot entry: <http://www.omniglot.com/writing/sylabica.php>.

    BTW, <http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/> contains a broken link
    to <http://www.evertype.com/standards/csur/Tengwar.html>; should be
