Ngwe summed up (part of) the problem(s) for me in private. Basically what it
boils down to is that the Burmese Wikipedia is on hold until 5.2 is finished
and the Aiton and Khamti minority languages get their characters. But from
what I understand is that that are not characters needed for Burmese itself.
So basically the my.wikipedia.org page is being put on hold for a milestone
that will add nothing for Burmese.
