Hello. I request feedback on the following. Everyone here knows that
Unicode prescribes the usage of NBSP as a base character for rendering
spacing versions of combining marks. I am here testing on OpenOffice
3.1.1 and MS Word 2003 on Windows XP SP 3 and
00A0 NBSP + 0901 DEVANAGARI SIGN ANUNASIKA
does NOT get correctly rendered. I don't think this is a font problem as
the same behaviour occurs with the default Indic fonts that come with
Win XP.
Is this a problem with the rendering engine?
