lohmatii was undoubtedly drawing an analogy with the sub-block starting
at U+1F645, which includes various drawings of people and monkeys bowing
and slouching and throwing their hands up in the air à la Taio Cruz.
If these drawings are characters, then it might be hard to argue that
PERSON WITH HAND OVER FACE isn't one too. But then, that's what we asked
for.
