ome fonts that might work

New Athena Unicode
Cardo
Galatia SIL
Gentium
Leeds Unicode
Junicode
Quivira
Palemonas
TITUS Cyberbit

Most, if not all these fonts were freeware.

It looks like Arial Unicode MS (Win) and Lucida Grande (Mac) may also have these characters.
