Everybody, there are two separate discussions going on here:
1. what is the correct Unicode sequence of code points for this string
2. what sequence(s) will display properly on existing software
If this were a perfect world, these would be the same question. But
it's not, so let's make sure we are talking about the same thing and
asking the right question.
