Thanks for including Everson Mono there.

Recently I was typesetting some Hawaiian (another Alice!) and I had occasion to modify Everson Mono a bit so that the modifier letter for the glottal stop is slightly bigger than the quotation marks. My Hawaiian colleague tells me that this is a rather common solution in Hawaiʻi.
