Only in so far as uncatered for BMP scripts are, by Windows design,
exceptional. The same behaviour is seen with Cuneiform, and I would
have expected some interest in being able to display numbers in
Babylonian sexagesimal notation as plain, untransliterated text. I
wonder how many people here can read and understand the number 𒌋𒌋?
