You can copy just fine with the Foxit PDF reader. Like Jukka, I tried
randomly copying a number of PDF code charts (from
http://www.unicode.org/charts/) and I couldn't find any which were not
using the correct Unicode code points (maybe there are some, but I
gave up before I found them).
