I would have thought 📱⤵🚽 would be sufficient.

But I didn't include any variation selectors and combining sequences for the gender, skin color, hair style, profession, and current state of mind of the phone's owner, and there are none for the brand and model of phone and toilet. So the sequence above is clearly inadequate for people to express themselves.
