Resolution:	The UTS will be updated with final content and published for Unicode 6.3. 2013-09-26 Note: Publication was temporarily postponed for Version 6.3 of UTS #46, pending final review of data file changes by the UTC.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated to syncrhonize with Unicode 6.3. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. Draft updated 2013-10-03.
