Description of Issue:
This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated to correspond with
Unicode 8.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review
and comment.. Most notable changes include
the new Unicode 8.0 characters, and a caution about common assumptions in
case folding. Draft updated 2015-02-17.
