Resolution:	This PRI has been resolved as recommended in the PRI #392 section of L2/19-020. No further substantive changes were agreed to regarding the representation of multi-person emoji in Unicode 12.0.

Description of Issue:

The Emoji Subcommittee would appreciate feedback on the following two issues dealing with multi-person emoji:

1. Short form for uniform skin tone.
2. Mixed skin tone for 3 multi-person emoji characters.

Details of both issues are discussed in an accompanying background document.
