Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 15.0

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 15.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This update adds two new scripts to Table 4, Excluded Scripts, for Unicode 15.0. It also adds a note and an example to UAX31-R3 describing its relevance to use of identifiers in bidirectional contexts. Draft updated 2022-05-27.
