Resolution:	The UTS will be updated with final content and published together with Unicode 15.0

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated for Unicode 15.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment.

This version expands the definition of emoji ZWJ sequences to allow any two or more emoji as described in L2/22-094. It also contains minor updates reflecting Emoji 15.0 data.
