Resolution:	Feedback received has been incorporated into the text, and the updated UTS will be published along with Version 15.1.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated for Unicode 15.1. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This update improves the separation of concerns between UAX #31 and UTS #39, with mechanisms that are primarily concerned with security being moved to the latter. It also improves the handling of default ignorable code points in the definition of confusability, and adds a new confusability relation suitable for identifiers containing bidirectional text.
