Resolution:	Feedback received has been incorporated into the text, and the updated UTS will be published along with Version 15.1.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated for Unicode 15.1. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This update deprecates the transitional processing of “deviation” characters, changes the three non-ASCII characters that were disallowed_STD3_valid to valid, and fixes a test data bug that recorded too many Bidi test errors. The Processing.Map step no longer records an error for disallowed characters. Draft updated 2023-06-13.
