Resolution:	The UTS will be updated with final content and published together with Unicode 16.0.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Technical Standard will be updated for Unicode 16.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. The text in Appendix B and in Section 10.1.3, Implicit Weights, has been updated to make it easier for ISO/IEC 14651 to reference data associated with specific versions of the UCA. Draft updated 2024-05-13.
