Resolution:	The UAX will be updated with final content and published as part of Unicode 16.0.

Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 16.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This draft adds documentation for the new property Modifier_Combining_Mark and the new data files Unikemet.txt and DoNotEmit.txt. It also clarifies that the Numeric_Value of a Han character is set based on the first value of the relevant numeric tags in the Unihan database. There is also a clarification regarding a minor format change for EastAsianWidth.txt and LineBreak.txt. The definition of Indic_Conjunct_Break has been updated. Clarification has been added regarding stability issues for aliases. Draft updated 2024-05-09.
