Resolution:	The candidates will be further reviewed as part of Unicode Version 16.0 beta.

Description of Issue:

The Unicode Technical Committee has approved the emoji for Unicode Version 16.0, which is slated for release in September 2024. These emoji were identified by the Unicode Emoji Subcommittee after reviewing proposals ranked according to various selection factors.

The list of these emoji can be found here. To submit comments on these emoji, please reference PRI #498 in your feedback. Feedback about the encoding of these emoji, such as suggestions to use sequences, will not be considered.
