Description of Issue:

This Unicode Standard Annex will be updated for Unicode 17.0. The proposed update is now available for general public review and comment. This draft updates the discussion of obsolete, deprecated, stabilized, and provisional properties. It updates the specification of the directory structure for the UCD and for data files for related specifications. It adds documentation of the properties associated with Egyptian hieroglyphs in Unikemet.txt. It further updates the description of the derivation of Indic_Conjunct_Break, which now includes Balinese, Javanese, and all scripts that use invisible stackers.
