2. Meeting logistics:
To provide the best hybrid meeting experience, all participants should join the virtual meeting in Webex, including those attending in person. Prior to the meeting, please install the Webex app, which you can download for free here.
2.1 On-site attendance
The meeting will be held in the Singapore conference room of Infinite Loop 1, located at Apple’s Infinite Loop campus (1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, CA 95014).
Transportation & parking: There is surface parking surrounding the campus, which is located on De Anza Blvd. VTA bus line 55 stops at De Anza & Mariani and connects to the Sunnyvale Transit Center for Caltrain.
COVID-19 protocol: All guests must pass a daily health screening before being allowed to access an Apple facility. When guests in the US perform the health screening, they will be asked to confirm they have recently received a negative COVID-19 test result. If guests do not pass the health screening, they will not be allowed to visit Apple at this time. Instructions will be provided to registered attendees prior to the meeting.
Webex meeting: When joining the Webex meeting in person, make sure that the “Use computer audio” option is not selected. See the Online attendance section below for additional details.

People planning to join the meeting should notify the chair or hosts in advance (see contact information below). You must set you Webex profile to show your full name and a well-formed email address. Then click the “Join as a guest” button, after which you will enter a Webex lobby to be admitted by a meeting host.
