Editor’s Note to Reviewers

This is a beta version of the core specification for Unicode 16.0.

We request feedback on the content of this document. Feedback should be provided through the beta review PRI #502, which closes on July 2, 2024.

Review instructions:

• This working draft contains editor’s notes that indicate content is still undergoing review or incomplete. Where an editor’s note occurs, there is no need to report the problem indicated by that note.
• We are soliciting feedback about missing glyphs or glyphs showing an incorrect shape. However, we are still actively adjusting the font size and position of glyphs in paragraphs and table cells. Do not report such problems.
• We are soliciting feedback about table content. Table styles are not final. Do not report style issues.
• When reporting an issue in the text, please provide the exact location (chapter and section) and details of what you think the problem is. We appreciate suggestions for alternate, corrected text. You may use the links available on hover for headers and figure/table captions in your report to help locate the text.
