Taxi costs from the airport to the hotel are about DM 100 (one way). Car rental is available at the airport. The S8 train leaves from underneath the airport every 20 minutes and stops at the Mainz HBF, which is about 5 minutes away from the hotel by car. A one way ticket costs about DM 10. Driving instructionsOption 1Take the A3 in the Wiesbaden direction. At the Wiesbadener Kreuz, take the exit to Wiesbaden Mainz onto the A66. Take the Mainz-Kastel exit and stay on this road until you come to a round-about. On the round-about, take the second exit. On the next round-about take the second exit again, onto the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke. You will see the hotel on the left. At the stop light take a sharp left turn. Option 2Take the A3 in the Wiesbaden direction. At the Mönchhof Dreieck, take the exit to Mainz onto the A67. Then at the Rüsselsheimer Dreieck, take the exit to Mainz onto the A60. On the A60, take the first exit after driving over the bridge - Mainz Innenstadt. Stay on this road and follow the signs to the Rheingoldhalle.
