Paper Description:The Perl scripting language has matured considerably in the past 12 months with respect to Unicode and locale support. James will describe the implementation philosophy behind these features, examples, current limitations, and future improvements.

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
