Gavin Thomas Nicol - Inso CorporationGavin Nicol is a Systems Architect at Inso EPS where he focuses on the next generation products and features. Gavin is one of the pioneers in WWW I18N, and has been heavily involved in the XML, XSL, XLL, HTML, HTTP and DOM standards. Gavin lived in Japan for over 10 years, and established Inso Japan during that time. Gavin designed and wrote the first version fo Inso's award-winning DynaWeb product. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
