Ty Shipman - KagiTy Shipman is the founder and the Chief Technical Officer of Kagi, an on-line payment processing service. Ty is also the Founder of the Bay Area MacIntosh Users Group, is a consultant through Triumph Research Group doing website and database development, and does software engineering training for fortune 1000 companies. He is on the NetProfessional Editorial Advisory Board in the areas of integrating Java, WebObjects, HyperCard, and net commerce. He is also a Technical Contributor to MacTech Magazine. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
